CENTERVILLE HIGH SCHOOL BANDS

The color guard program provides learning activities in choreography which are sequential and systematic and allow students to express themselves through the visual performing arts. A wide variety of equipment (silk, rifle and sabre) and experiences are used in order to provide students with the knowledge, skills, and appreciation of the multi-styled and multicultural expressions of movement.

The Blue Wave participates in Indiana High School Color Guard Association (IHSCGA) competitions throughout the winter and is an integral part of the Blue Regiment during the marching season.
