Enrollment Information

Registration for the 2019-2020 school year is underway. Please consider the following as you enroll in your classes:

  • Interested in going band? Need a refresher before coming back to band? Want to learn another instrument? If so, start by enrolling in Beginning Band classes. See Mr. Roesch to initial your registration sheet to ensure that you are in the correct class. You will need to obtain an instrument to take this course.
  • Jazz Ensemble students must be concurrently enrolled in Concert Band. See Mr. Roesch if you are interested in joining this exciting group.
  • We are proud to be a diverse band program, with a large majority of our musicians participating in a wide variety of athletics. Band class will not interfere with you playing sports (ex. our cheerleaders and football/basketball players are excused from pep band events where they play).

Band Recruitment Information

I have had such a fun time visiting the 6th graders this past week. They had such a fun time making a lot of noise trying out band instruments. I hope you’ll see the benefits of joining us to start your own musical journey in band. Our OPEN HOUSE will be on May 9th in the high school band room from 4:00 – 6:30. For additional resources such as instrument demonstration and learning the benefits of studying instrumental music, please visit Be Part of the Band!

CHARMS signup and login

CHARMS is a cloud-based organization management app that assists Mr. Roesch with communication of events, volunteers needed and practice log/recording studio for student assignments. Each student has an account that will need to be updated with the most current information. If a student has never logged into CHARMS before or has forgotten their password, have them see Mr. Roesch to get their login ID.

Once you have signed in and updated your child’s information, download the CHARMS BLUE app for Android and Apple devices to stay connected.
